Novo mesto, 16 May 2013 – The Management Board of Krka, d. d. held a press conference today presenting to the public the results of the Krka Group and the Krka Company for the first quarter of 2013, which the Krka Supervisory Board had discussed at its yesterday's regular meeting. The Group sold EUR 294.4 million worth of products and services in the reported period, up 8% compared to the same period last year, and generated EUR 51.4 million of profit, an increase by 6% compared to the first quarter last year. The Krka Company sold EUR 284.4 million worth of products (10% increase) and generated a profit of EUR 50.0 million (4% increase).

The Krka Management Board on press conference on 24th January presenting to the public business performance of the Krka Company and the Krka Group for 2012, which the Krka Supervisory Board had discussed at its yesterday's meeting. President of the Management Board Jože Colarič said that Krka Company sales had increased by 8% from 2011, to EUR 1,035.3 million, and have thus reached and exceeded the one-billion EUR mark for the first time. Krka Group sales had amounted to EUR 1,143.3 million, up 6% compared to 2011, and have thus exceeded the one-billion EUR mark for the third consecutive year. On the basis of preliminary unaudited financial statements net profit of the Krka Company is expected to reach EUR 155 million. According to first estimates net profit of the Krka Group is expected to be slightly higher than net profit of the Krka Company. Unaudited financial statements for the Group and Company for 2012 will be released on 14 March.

Novo mesto, 15 November 2012 – The Management Board of Krka, d. d. held a press conference today presenting to the public the results of the Krka Group and the Krka Company for the first nine months of 2012, which the Krka Supervisory Board had discussed at its yesterday's regular meeting. The Group sold EUR 813.9 million worth of products and services in the reported period, up 6% compared to the same period last year, and generated EUR 111.5 million of profit. The Krka Company sold EUR 752.3 million worth of products (up 7%) and generated EUR 107.6 million of profit.

Novo mesto, 26 July 2012 – The Management Board of Krka, d. d. held a press conference today presenting to the public the results of the Krka Group and Krka Company for the first half of 2012, which the Krka Supervisory Board had discussed at its yesterday's meeting. The Group sold EUR 565.3 million worth of products and services in the six months to June, up 7% compared to the same period last year, and generated EUR 90.1 million of profit. The Krka Company sold EUR 521.3 million worth of products (up 7%) and generated EUR 82.9 million of profit.

Otočec, 5 July 2012 – Krka, d. d., Novo mesto held its 17th Annual General Meeting today in Hotel Šport in Otočec, Slovenia. Shareholders were acquainted with the Management Board's annual report, remuneration of the Management and Supervisory Boards, the auditor's report and the report by the Supervisory Board on its verification and approval of the 2011 Annual Report. The General Meeting also adopted a resolution on the appropriation of accumulated profit for 2011, and discharged the Management and Supervisory Boards from liability for 2011.
