  • The story of Krka is a story of its employees

    Otočec, 27 May 2022 - Once again we honoured all those Krka employees whose dedication, hard work and innovation contributed to the success of the company, and allowed them to achieve their personal and creative milestones. Plaques were awarded to long-service employees, best employees, best managers and colleagues who excelled in the fields of marketing, regulatory affairs and innovation. Krka badges were handed out for the first time, denoting a special type of recognition and company loyalty. Long-service employees were addressed by Krka's CEO Jože Colarič, who thanked them for their contribution to company growth; it’s worth mentioning that in 2022 Mr Colarič is himself celebrating his 40th work anniversary.

  • Krka Reports First Quarter 2022 Business Results

    In the first quarter of 2022, the Krka Group generated revenue in total of €432.5 million, up 9% on the first quarter last year, yielding €90.7 million of net profit, a 5% year-on-year increase. The Supervisory Board of Krka discussed the Q1 2022 Business Report for the Krka Group and Krka at its regular meeting yesterday.

  • Krka volunteers - united in their desire to help

    9th Krka's Week of Charity and Volunteering

    During the 9th Krka’s Week of Charity and Volunteering we shared the values ​​of volunteering and interpersonal assistance, connecting members of different generations under the slogan Charity is also a part of us. We concluded the week with an Open Doors Day, hosting close to 2,000 students of the Slovenian Third Age University. Over the course of the week our days were marked by noble acts that filled us with a sense of giving and gratitude. We felt inspired by what we experienced, knowing full well that what we do for others is what matters the most.

  • Proposed dividend for Krka shareholders 12.6% higher than last year

    At yesterday’s regular Supervisory Board meeting, the Krka Supervisory Board and Management Board drew up a proposal that Krka pays its shareholders a dividend of €5.63 gross per share, which is an increase of 12.6% on last year’s dividend.

  • Krka Reports on 2021 Unaudited Financial Statements

    Krka, d. d., Novo mesto published 2021 unaudited financial statements of the company and the Krka Group on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange website. The statements were discussed by the Krka’s Supervisory Board at their meeting yesterday. The Krka Group recorded revenue of €1,565.8 million, up 2% on 2020, the highest since incorporation. The Krka Group recorded unaudited net profit of €308.2 million, a €19.2 million or 7% climb on 2020, also the highest so far. The 2021 annual report will be released on Thursday, 14 April 2022.
